Turbo-Creaser a Hit in Namibia!

We have found the Turbo-Creaser extremely useful when it comes to pre-creasing book covers. Covers are usually creased by the feeder on the perfect binding machine when they get drawn into the machine, but these creases are normally not satisfactory with the covers not opening well on the finished book. We now pass the covers through the Turbo-Creaser first, and this results in a very good crease with covers opening very easily on the finished book. Our customers have noted the difference right away and are very pleased.

Preventing paper cracking on difficult stock, where the fold area is covered with printed images, works very well too. Customers have been used to the annoying phenomenon of paper cracking on Z-folded pamphlets and similar jobs, and in the past had to simply accept it. Now they are very pleased that this problem is eliminated by an additional pass through the Turbo-Creaser.

The machine works fast and the effort of an additional pass is more than compensated for by the improved results.
