Versions & fitting
CreaseStream Machine versions
Card Creaser Deluxe — the entry-level, manually-operated machine. It outputs up to six times faster than traditional pull-down matrix versions with 100% accuracy (up to 25 creased sheets a minute): set the lays, move one or two creases into the fold position, then feed each sheet with one hand while turning the handle with the other. A skewer adjustment compensates for imperfectly trimmed sheets, and you can produce multiple creases by resetting and running the sheet through again.
Quick Feed MKII — a semi-automatic model with a specially designed auto-fan sheet separator (taking a stock load up to 9cm) for consistent continuous feed. It needs no motor or electrical input yet outputs up to 3,000 creased/micro-perforated sheets an hour, and its tooling section holds a combination of up to five creasing/micro-perforating tools.
Auto Feed MKII — the fully automated, motorised model. It outputs a steady average of up to 4,500 sheets an hour whether it applies a single crease or micro-perforation or a combination of up to five applications in one pass, and it can be retro-fitted with the CardFolder unit to gently fold the finished creased/micro-perforated products.
