Rubber creasing bands
Eliminates fibre cracking on standard paper stocks. See each product below for its gsm range.
Gripper bands
Sheet feed and support during creasing and perforation. Black is the standard grip; Blue is the extra-grip variant for edge-trimming on cutting tools and trouble-shooting positions.
Micro-perforation blades
Toothed blades that create micro-perforations. Each TPI matches a specific stock-weight range — see the gsm on each card below. Every blade pairs with a Nylon Sleeve sized to the blade and the stock.
Nylon sleeves
Counter surface that pairs with micro-perforation blades. Black sleeve runs with light-to-medium stocks (65–250gsm); Blue sleeve runs with heavy stocks (250–350gsm).
Cutting blades & knives
Blades and knives for slitting, trimming, and kiss-cutting. Standard knife for single-sheet trimming on normal stock; long knife for heavy/multi-sheet trimming; kiss-cutting knife for top-layer cuts only; cutting tool for one or two cuts in close proximity via scissor-action.
Waste strippers
Sits next to a cutting boss on the bottom shaft to deflect trim waste from wrapping around the machine shaft. Sized to the trim width.
