Your creasing machine does its job perfectly and hands you a flat sheet. The crease is in exactly the right place, and the fold still has not happened. So the greeting cards, the invitations, the table talkers and the heavy digital covers leave the machine as flat stacks, and somebody folds them: by hand, one at a time, at hand speed and hand consistency.
This is the machine that finishes the job:

The Card Folder folds. That is all it does, and it does it on the crease your machine has already made, so heavy card folds cleanly where it should. Five fold types, including half, letter and Z, on stock up to 350gsm. Large-diameter rubber rollers deliver a flatter finished product, and the colour-coded templates mean set-up is reference points, not guesswork.
It runs two ways: coupled to our CreaseStream auto-feed as a complete crease-and-fold line, or on its own behind the creasing machine you already run, whatever the make, wherever the creaser has no folding option of its own. Either way, the hand-folding stops, at up to twice the processing speed of comparable automatic systems.
