Somewhere on your machine there is a part that decides the quality of the finished job. And sooner or later you need one nobody sells: the original is obsolete, the manufacturer wants a fortune and a three-month wait, the machine has been modified, or the job you have just won needs something that was never made in the first place.
The usual answer is a general engineering firm. They can copy a shape accurately enough. What they cannot tell you is why the shape is that shape, because they have never watched the part meet a sheet of paper at speed.
That is our whole difference. We have designed, engineered and manufactured our own finishing tooling since 1999, and we build it here. So when we make a part for you, we start from what it has to do to the material rather than from the drawing.
The kind of tooling we design and build

And parts you would not think to ask for

Machine manufacturers already come to us. Some fit our tooling inside their machines on the production line and name it in their own specification. Others order parts to their own drawings, under their own part numbers, and ship them on as their spares. Heidelberg, Horizon, Duplo, Müller Martini, Kolbus, Kongsberg, Multigraf, Meccanotecnica, Smyth, Hohner, B&R Moll, Bindwel, Pratham and Plockmatic have all bought tooling built in this workshop.
If the people who build the machines come here for parts, it is worth asking us about yours.
What we need in order to quote: the machine and model, the shaft or mounting the part has to fit, what it has to do to the material, and wherever possible a sample of the job or the worn part itself. From that we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can build, and what it will cost.
If it runs on a shaft and it touches paper or board, it is worth an email.
No payment details. No commitment.
