Morgana creasers & finishers

Bring an old Morgana back to work

Worn matrix, working feeder: that is all we need. Retro-fit rotary creasing and micro-perf onto the exit shafts and an idle machine becomes a full-speed finisher for a fraction of the price of new.

There are a lot of older Morganas out there: bought secondhand, inherited with the building, or parked in the corner because the matrix is worn, the parts bill did not make sense, or the machine simply got replaced. Nearly all of them still have two things in perfect working order: a feeder that runs all day, and a set of exit shafts.

That is everything we need. Our rotary creasing and micro-perforation tools mount straight onto those exit shafts, and the machine goes back to work as a full-speed rotary finisher: feeding, creasing and perforating in one pass, without the matrix doing anything at all.

A machine you already own, or one you can buy for very little, becomes a production finisher for a fraction of the price of anything new. Tell us the model and what state it is in, and we will tell you exactly what it can become.
