Any machine with rotary shafts

Rotary creasing on the shafts you already have

If your machine has tooling shafts, it can crease properly while it runs. Our retro-fit creasing tools replace whatever sits on those shafts now, with a crease profile you choose per job and no drop in speed.

Look at your machine's tooling shafts and ask what is actually on them. On most machines it is whatever came in the box: fixed steel collars, a scoring wheel, or nothing at all. Those shafts turn at full machine speed all day, and they are the cheapest production capacity you own.

We build creasing tools that go straight onto them. A rubber creasing rib presses the sheet into a matched channel as it passes, so the crease is formed rather than cut, and the sheet keeps moving. No second pass, no offline step, no change to how you run the machine.

The crease is a setting, not a fixed profile

Colour-coded rubber bands set the crease to the stock, and swap in seconds. Plastic bands give deeper, wider profiles where the job wants definition instead of delicacy.

Everything we make is engineered here, to the shaft it has to live on. Tell us the machine and the jobs it runs, and we will tell you exactly what fits, or build the version that does. It is the same tooling principle that has been eliminating fibre cracking on folding machines, binders and stitchers since 1999, on stocks from 85 to 350gsm, in 79 countries.

We’ll email you exactly what fits and what it costs, specified by the engineers who make the tools, not picked from a catalogue.

No payment details. No commitment. A money-back promise has backed this tooling since 1999.
