Rotary cutting on the shafts you already have

Cutting is the job that most often goes somewhere else. A trim, a slit down the centre, a cut-out with the waste stripped away, a kiss cut that leaves the backing intact: all of it gets handled offline, or by hand, or not quoted for at all, because the machine that could do it inline was never tooled to.

We build cutting tools that mount straight onto rotary shafts. A hardened knife runs against a double-sided cutting boss in a genuine scissor action, so the material is sheared cleanly rather than crushed apart. The edge that comes off the machine is the edge that ships: no whiskering, no dust on the rollers, no second pass.

Everything we make is engineered here, to the shaft it has to live on. The bosses self-sharpen as they run and the blades last up to five times longer than competing rotary cutters, so the tool earns its place rather than becoming another consumable habit.
