Rotary micro-perforation on the shafts you already have

If your machine has tooling shafts, it can perforate as it runs: fine, flat tear lines from ten blade pitches, cut against a nylon sleeve rather than burst against steel.

Perforation is the job that most often leaves the building. Tear-off coupons, reply forms, voucher books and NCR sets get sent out to a letterpress cylinder, or run through another machine, because the tooling to do it properly was never on the shafts.

We build micro-perforating tools that mount straight onto them. The blade cuts against a nylon sleeve instead of a steel anvil, so each tooth cuts the sheet cleanly rather than bursting it. The perforation lies completely flat: no bulking in the stack, no paper dust on the rollers, and a finished sheet that runs through laser printers.
