The Multi-Tool produces multiple finishing applications from a single device — cutting, slitting, double-cutting, edge-trimming, kiss-cutting and micro-perforating — to a standard usually seen only on paper guillotines and letterpresses. The Combo version adds perfect creasing too, so one device covers it all.

Finishing a job often takes more than one operation — a crease here, a perforation there, a trim or a slit. Doing them usually means several different tools, multiple passes through the machine, or sending work out — and every extra handling step adds cost, time and the risk of misregister between operations.
How it works
How the Multi-Tool works
One device, six set-ups. Single and double micro-perforation, kiss-cutting, single slitting, double-cutting and edge-trimming — switched by swapping blades, spacer rings, cutting bosses and gripper bands. The blue gripper band and waste guide make edge-trimming clean and trouble-free, and the waste guide stops trims wrapping round your machine.
Cutting uses a Scissor-Action design and double-sided hardened cutting bosses that self-sharpen during production, so the cut quality reaches the standard usually only seen on a paper guillotine — and stays there. Micro-perforation uses double-bevelled blades that press a fine, almost-invisible line simulating a letterpress perforation.
The quality of cut and perforation is of a much higher standard than ever witnessed before on other rotary applications — guillotine-quality slitting and trimming, and a micro-perforation so fine it simulates letterpress.
