Kluge OmniFold 3000
The Kluge OmniFold 3000 is a fully modular automatic folder-gluer with interchangeable friction/vacuum feeder modules and IL3/IL6/IL9 inlin… It runs sheets from 121 × 96 mm up to 762 × 812 mm. It handles stock from 60 to 660 gsm, at up to 137.2 m/min. Fitted with patented dual-angle buckle folder — dual position (thin material / thick material), no moving parts to direct stock up the fold plate.
Each job you run comes with its own specific problems, and more often than not the culprit is found on the tooling shafts. The standard finishing tools supplied with your machine aren’t accurate, versatile or delicate enough for the results you and your customers expect. At Technifold we design and build bespoke, retro-fit premium finishing tools to solve both common and complex finishing problems.

What we solve
Problems we eliminate on the OmniFold 3000

Tooling for the OmniFold 3000
If it’s a wheel, a blade or a rib that touches paper or board, we can make it.
Tech-ni-Fold manufactures precision finishing tooling: 45,000+ tools running in 79 countries over 25 years. Alongside our patented systems, we engineer and machine components to order for finishing machinery of every kind, including machines like the OmniFold 3000.
Precision rotary tooling is what we do
Creasing ribs, scoring wheels, perforating blades, slitting knives, blade holders, anvils and custom shaft components, designed and machined in-house in the UK, by the company that invented and patented rotary creasing.
Engineered to order
Most of what we make started as somebody's problem, not a catalogue page. Send us the part, the drawing, or just the job that's going wrong, and our engineers will tell you straight whether we can make it better, sharper or cheaper.
OEMs buy from us already
Machine manufacturers source blades, holders and finishing components from us under their own part numbers. If you build or maintain machines, you get a supplier who actually understands why the part is shaped the way it is.
