Petratto Mesmeter
Automatic adhesive/double-sided tape applicator with belt feederIn current production
The Petratto Mesmeter is an automatic adhesive/double-sided tape applicator with belt feeder. It runs at up to 45 m/min.
Each job you run comes with its own specific problems, and more often than not the culprit is found on the tooling shafts. The standard finishing tools supplied with your machine aren’t accurate, versatile or delicate enough for the results you and your customers expect. At Technifold we design and build bespoke, retro-fit premium finishing tools to solve both common and complex finishing problems.
Your Mesmeter, finished properly.

What we solve
Problems we eliminate on the Mesmeter
Rotary creasing on your shaftsIf your machine has tooling shafts, we can put proper creasing on them: crack-free, colour-coded profiles, chosen per job, at full running speed.See how we eliminate it →
Rotary micro-perf on your shaftsTear-offs, coupons and reply forms, perforated inline. Ten blade pitches from coarse tear to a line that looks printed, on the shafts you already have.See how we eliminate it →
Rotary cutting on your shaftsSlits, edge trims, cut-outs and kiss cuts, inline. A true scissor shear against a hardened boss, on the shafts you already have.See how we eliminate it →
Custom & OEM toolingA part that is obsolete, impossible to source, or never existed. If it is a wheel, a blade, a rib or a holder that touches paper or board, we can probably make it.See how we eliminate it →
