The TH 56 was built to turn half-size press sheets into finished leaflets and sections at speed, four, six or eight buckle plates per station, sheets from 14 centimetres wide, running at up to 230 metres a minute.
It's the machine this format's hardest work gets trusted to: pharmaceutical leaflets, package inserts and miniature folds, where the finished piece sits in the palm of a hand and every fold has to land exactly on the line.
Each job you run comes with its own specific problems, and more often than not the culprit is found on the tooling shafts. The standard finishing tools supplied with your machine aren’t accurate, versatile or delicate enough for the results you and your customers expect. At Technifold we design and build bespoke, retro-fit premium finishing tools to solve both common and complex finishing problems.
Your TH 56, finished properly.
