Herzog & Heymann KL 112.1

The KL112.1 is Herzog+Heymann's workhorse pharma folder, package inserts and outserts from papers under 40 gsm, folds down to 18 millimetres, through as many as 24 buckle plates per unit at 160 metres a minute.

It's one of the most widely installed machines in pharmaceutical folding: three width models, stream, pile or continuous feeding, and a slitter shaft that slices sheets into ribbon leaflets, the everyday machinery of medicine-pack inserts.
