MBO K8

The K8 is MBO's combination folder for B1 work, buckle plates and cross-fold knife units in one line, turning sheets up to 78 by 120 centimetres into tightly registered sections at up to 230 metres a minute.

MBO built it to cover both ends of a bindery's day: standard section runs when the schedule is full, and the complex, many-panel jobs other folders turn away when the work calls for a machine that can be trusted with them.

Will it definitely fit my K8? Yes, the K8 carries 35 mm slitter shafts (MBO's own datasheet), a size we've tooled for decades. We confirm your exact configuration on the call before anything ships.

Who does the fitting? Your own operator, in minutes, in the pull-out cassette, no engineer visit, no shaft removal. Every setting is colour-coded, and we support you for as long as you run the tools.

How much production time do I lose? Practically none. Tools mount in the cassette outside the machine, and changeovers take seconds once they're in.
